Delivery & Pickup Policy

Customer acknowledges and agrees that this order includes delivery and drop-off only to an accessible location. For residential properties, items will be delivered to the driveway or immediately behind a gate leading to the backyard. Delivery through grass, dirt, gravel, or other uneven terrain is NOT included unless explicitly approved in advance.

For apartment buildings, condominiums, or commercial properties, all items will be delivered ONLY to the loading area, garage, or main building entrance. Delivery to specific units, apartments, or interior locations is NOT included unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

If delivery to a specific unit or interior location is requested, or if access requires the use of stairs due to the absence or unavailability of a service elevator, such requests may be accommodated solely at YD Cocktails, LLC's discretion and will result in additional charges of $50 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, with a one-hour minimum.

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is clear, safe, and readily accessible. If the driver is required to transport items more than 50 feet from the point of unloading, additional labor charges may apply at the driver's discretion. YD Cocktails, LLC reserves the right to refuse or modify delivery if conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

At the time of pickup, all rental items must be stacked, consolidated, and placed in the same location where they were originally delivered. Customer is responsible for ensuring items are ready and accessible for retrieval.

If items are not properly staged at the designated pickup location, or if additional handling, breakdown, or relocation is required, Customer agrees to additional labor charges of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. All labor time will be determined at the discretion of YD Cocktails, LLC personnel on-site.

Customer authorizes YD Cocktails, LLC to charge the payment method on file for any additional labor charges incurred due to non-compliance with these terms.
