Mobile Bartending FAQ
Straight answers to what Miami hosts ask us most — pricing, deposits, rescheduling, insurance, and how the day runs.
How much does a mobile bartender cost in Miami?
Bartending starts at $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum — about $255 for a small gathering. Your exact price depends on guest count, hours, and the supplies you add; the instant quote shows it in about a minute.
How many bartenders will my event need?
We staff one professional bartender for roughly every 60 guests, and the quote calculates it automatically from your headcount.
How does the deposit work?
A 25% deposit paid online locks in your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
Yes — your deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before your event. Inside that window it becomes non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my event?
Of course. You can move your date free of charge up to 48 hours before the event.
What can you provide besides the bartenders?
Mixers, fresh juices and garnish, ice, cups, straws and napkins, water and soft drinks, coolers, and a professional portable bar — pick what you need in the quote and we bring it.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue on request.
What areas do you serve?
We serve events all over Florida, primarily South Florida — from Palm Beach down to the Florida Keys.
When does the team arrive?
Your bartending team arrives about 1 hour before service starts to set up, and we break everything down and leave your space clean afterward.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is optional and entirely up to the host — there's no service charge added to your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay the deposit securely online by card; we also accept Zelle and cash for balances.
Is there a minimum?
Just the 3-hour service minimum — no minimum guest count.
