Birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, holiday get-togethers — private events run on the host, not a wedding planner or a venue's banquet team. Your bartender arrives about an hour before service, builds a clean bar in your kitchen, patio, backyard or rooftop, and pours until the last toast.
Tell the quote your guest count and hours and it sizes the team automatically — one professional bartender for roughly every 60 guests — then prices the supplies you want us to bring, from mixers and ice to a full portable bar.
Ice is what houses run short of: 51% of what we price includes it, and 50% includes coolers to keep it in.
Aventura is about 11 miles east of our Hialeah yard: far enough that a private event here gets its drive written into the run sheet, close enough that the drive is never the story of the day.
Sunny Isles Beach is about a mile from Aventura, with Golden Beach and North Miami Beach barely further out. Plenty of Aventura private events actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
Because Aventura is its own city, the rules that shape a private event here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
The private event bartender you book for Aventura arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a private event that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
Every private event bartender we run in Aventura is quoted from the same rate card as the rest of Miami-Dade, so the number the wizard gives you is the number we honour when you book it.
Aventura is about 11 miles from where we load, and we cover the whole of Miami-Dade. The distance shapes our morning, not your rate — bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum.

The window is about 1 hour before service, and it has to cover the carry from wherever we can park, the build, the ice and the garnish.
Breakdown runs the same way in reverse, and the space is left as we found it — about 11 miles of drive home notwithstanding.

Half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, which is usually one bartender working steadily.
Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.
Anything beyond the booked hours is agreed on the night and charged at the ordinary hourly rate.

A professional portable bar, coolers, ice, mixers, fresh juices and garnish, cups, straws and napkins, and water and soft drinks are all available to add in the quote, along with the bartender. We also carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance if your building or HOA asks for one.
Ice, and something to keep it in. Across the bartending we've priced, 51% added ice and 50% added coolers — at a venue somebody has already thought about both, and at a house nobody has. They're line items, so put your real guest count in and the quote works out the quantities. If your freezer situation is genuinely handled, leave them off and the price drops.
