From our Hialeah base, Coral Gables is about 16 miles south — far enough that we write the drive into the run sheet, close enough that it never becomes the interesting part of the day. The crew leaves with time in hand and the bar is standing well before your first guest is.
The nearest of our other service areas to Coral Gables is South Miami, about 2 miles away, with Coral Terrace and West Miami behind it. That matters mostly for venues: plenty of Coral Gables events actually happen a few minutes over the boundary, and that is an ordinary booking.
Coral Gables sets its own rules on the things that touch an event: noise after a certain hour, what may go up in a public space, whether a park needs booking. None of that changes the bar we build. All of it changes the schedule we build it to, so the earlier you know your constraints the better we fit inside them.
