Reaching Palmetto Bay means about 22 miles south across the county from our Hialeah base. It is a distance worth naming, because it is the reason we settle your access details — gate, lift, parking, which door — before the truck leaves rather than after it arrives.
Palmetto Estates is the nearest place we serve, about 2 miles from you, with Cutler Bay and Pinecrest close behind. If your guest list is spread across those, nobody is making an unreasonable journey to get to you, and arrivals tend to bunch rather than trickle.
Being incorporated, Palmetto Bay answers for its own streets — which mostly reaches you as parking. Where a truck may legally stand for the load-in is a local question, and your venue almost always knows the answer. We only need it asked before the day rather than on it.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
