Palmetto Bay runs its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings, what may be put up in a public space. Ask your venue which of those touch a private event before you fix a start time; we will build the bar around whatever schedule it leaves you.

A professional portable bar, coolers, ice, mixers, fresh juices and garnish, cups, straws and napkins, and water and soft drinks are all available to add in the quote, along with the bartender. We also carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance if your building or HOA asks for one.
Ice, and something to keep it in. Across the bartending we've priced, 51% added ice and 50% added coolers — at a venue somebody has already thought about both, and at a house nobody has. They're line items, so put your real guest count in and the quote works out the quantities. If your freezer situation is genuinely handled, leave them off and the price drops.
