Bartending in North Miami
North Miami, from our side of the bar
North Miami is about 9 miles southeast of us, comfortably inside the ring we work most weekends. Bar, coolers, ice and serveware travel the same way to every event in that ring, so what lands in North Miami is the same kit that lands anywhere else on the list.
Biscayne Park starts under a mile from North Miami, with Miami Shores and El Portal not much further out. This is one of the tightly packed corners of the county, and it shows up in the practical details — narrow streets, shared parking, a load-in that has to be pointed at the right door.
North Miami is a municipality in its own right rather than a district of somewhere larger, and that matters more than people expect — a residential street here can have its own parking rules and its own opinion on how late a party runs. Tell us what you have been told and we will fit the setup and breakdown inside it.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
The wizard below prices a North Miami date the same way it prices any other: $85/hour against a 3-hour minimum, plus whatever you choose to have us bring. None of it depends on getting you on the phone first.
The median event we price runs 4 hours. Worth knowing while you are deciding when a North Miami evening should start and stop — most hosts underestimate the gap between doors opening and dinner being served.
Is there an extra charge for coming out to North Miami?
The hourly rate does not change with distance. Bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum whether the event is beside our Hialeah yard or about 9 miles away in North Miami.
What does move the number is the length of the event, the guest count and what you ask us to bring — all of which you control in the wizard on this page.
Do you need anything from my North Miami venue?
Two things, ideally before the day rather than on it: where the truck can stop, and which door the bar comes through. A long carry is fine when we know about it and a scramble when we do not.
We will also ask what surface the bar is going on and whether there is cover, because both change how we build it.
Can you build a custom cocktail menu for a North Miami event?
That is the normal way we do it. Tell us what the room drinks and we design the list around it — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, and a signature or two if you want them.
The mixers, juices, garnish and ice to run that menu come on the truck, portioned to your guest count.
What is included in a North Miami booking?
Licensed, insured bartenders, the bar itself, and the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware to run the menu you choose. Setup and breakdown are part of it rather than extras, and the crew is on site about 1 hour before service.
The drinks list is built with you rather than handed to you — classics, frozen drinks and mocktails as the room needs.
