The run from our Hialeah yard out to North Miami Beach is about 10 miles, an easy morning either side of the event. That distance changes nothing about what we bring or what it costs, and it leaves room in the day for a setup that is not rushed.
Aventura is the nearest place we serve, about 2 miles from you, with Ives Estates and Sunny Isles Beach close behind. If your guest list is spread across those, nobody is making an unreasonable journey to get to you, and arrivals tend to bunch rather than trickle.
North Miami Beach sets its own rules on the things that touch an event: noise after a certain hour, what may go up in a public space, whether a park needs booking. None of that changes the bar we build. All of it changes the schedule we build it to, so the earlier you know your constraints the better we fit inside them.
We arrive around 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we treat that as the earliest we ought to be there rather than the latest. Rooms are rarely ready exactly when the schedule says they will be, and a bar that is already built absorbs that far better than one still in boxes.
