Golden Beach is about 12 miles east of where we load, which crosses a fair slice of the county. So we plan the arrival backwards from your start time rather than forwards from ours, and we would much rather sit in your parking lot early than call you from traffic.
You are under a mile from Sunny Isles Beach here, and Aventura and North Miami Beach sit just past it. In a cluster this dense the address alone rarely tells us where to unload, so we ask which entrance is ours and we take the answer seriously.
Being incorporated, Golden Beach answers for its own streets — which mostly reaches you as parking. Where a truck may legally stand for the load-in is a local question, and your venue almost always knows the answer. We only need it asked before the day rather than on it.
We plan to be there about 1 hour before service. Breakdown runs the same way in reverse: the bar comes down, the glassware and coolers go back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it — which, with about 12 miles still to drive home, is still not something we rush.
