Pinecrest is a genuine drive from us: about 19 miles south of the Hialeah yard. That is not your problem to solve. The quote you generate is the quote, and the extra time on the road is ours to absorb into the schedule.
You are about a mile from Kendall here, and Glenvar Heights and South Miami sit just past it. In a cluster this dense the address alone rarely tells us where to unload, so we ask which entrance is ours and we take the answer seriously.
Being incorporated, Pinecrest answers for its own streets — which mostly reaches you as parking. Where a truck may legally stand for the load-in is a local question, and your venue almost always knows the answer. We only need it asked before the day rather than on it.
We arrive around 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we treat that as the earliest we ought to be there rather than the latest. Rooms are rarely ready exactly when the schedule says they will be, and a bar that is already built absorbs that far better than one still in boxes.
