It is about 13 miles from our Hialeah yard to West Miami as the map measures it. We treat that as a straightforward run — one load, one drive, one setup — with a team on site and building before the schedule says it has to be.
Coral Terrace starts about a mile from West Miami, with Westchester and Coral Gables not much further out. This is one of the tightly packed corners of the county, and it shows up in the practical details — narrow streets, shared parking, a load-in that has to be pointed at the right door.
As an incorporated city, West Miami keeps its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings and the rest. Ask your venue what applies before you lock a start time. We will build the bar around whatever schedule that leaves you, and we would far rather know the constraint than discover it.
We plan to be there about 1 hour before service. Breakdown runs the same way in reverse: the bar comes down, the glassware and coolers go back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it — which, with about 13 miles still to drive home, is still not something we rush.
Bartending in West Miami is priced the way it is priced everywhere we work: $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a quote you can see online without waiting for a callback. Crossing the county does not move the hourly rate.
December is the month we price the most bartending dates in — 13% of them. If your West Miami date falls inside it, book earlier than feels necessary.

A 25% deposit holds the date. It stays fully refundable until 7 days out and the balance is not due until 48 hours before the event.

That is the normal way we do it. Tell us what the room drinks and we design the list around it — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, and a signature or two if you want them.
