Homestead, specifically
How a Homestead booking actually runs
Homestead is one of the furthest points we serve: about 34 miles south of the Hialeah yard, most of the county in between. We still come, and the full kit comes with us — nothing gets left behind to make the load lighter.
You are about a mile from Florida City here, and Leisure City and Naranja sit just past it. In a cluster this dense the address alone rarely tells us where to unload, so we ask which entrance is ours and we take the answer seriously.
Homestead is its own city, with its own view on noise, parking and what may be put up in a public space. We are not your permitting office, but we have set up in enough of them to know the questions worth asking early: where the truck can stand, how late music can run, and whether the venue or the city holds the answer.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
Bartending in Homestead is priced the way it is priced everywhere we work: $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a quote you can see online without waiting for a callback. Crossing the county does not move the hourly rate.
51% of the bartending quotes we have priced include ice from us. It is the add-on people forget until the week of, and the one that is genuinely awkward to solve yourself on the morning of a Homestead event.
Do you serve Homestead?
Yes. Homestead is about 34 miles south of our Hialeah base and one of the areas we cover as standard, along with Florida City, Leisure City and Naranja on the same run.
You can price a Homestead date in the wizard on this page and hold it without speaking to anyone first.
What if my venue is just outside Homestead?
Entirely normal, and it changes nothing. Florida City, Leisure City and Naranja all sit within a short hop of Homestead — the nearest, Florida City, is about a mile away — and every one of them prices from the same rate card.
Give us the real address when you book and we will plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
How many bartenders will I need in Homestead?
It follows the guest count and how long the bar is open more than anything else, and the wizard on this page sizes it as you fill it in.
For a sense of scale: half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, which is usually one bartender working steadily rather than two standing idle.
How far ahead should I book a Homestead event?
As early as you can, for the dull reason that weekend crews are finite. December is the month we price the most bartending dates in — 13% of them — so a date in that stretch is worth locking down.
A 25% deposit is all it takes to hold one, and it stays refundable until 7 days out.
