The run from our Hialeah yard out to Medley is about 7 miles, an easy morning either side of the event. That distance changes nothing about what we bring or what it costs, and it leaves room in the day for a setup that is not rushed.
The nearest of our other service areas to Medley is Doral, about 2 miles away, with Hialeah Gardens and Miami Springs behind it. That matters mostly for venues: plenty of Medley events actually happen a few minutes over the boundary, and that is an ordinary booking.
Being incorporated, Medley answers for its own streets — which mostly reaches you as parking. Where a truck may legally stand for the load-in is a local question, and your venue almost always knows the answer. We only need it asked before the day rather than on it.
