It is about 13 miles from our Hialeah yard to Bal Harbour as the map measures it. We treat that as a straightforward run — one load, one drive, one setup — with a team on site and building before the schedule says it has to be.
You are under a mile from Bay Harbor Islands here, and Surfside and Biscayne Park sit just past it. In a cluster this dense the address alone rarely tells us where to unload, so we ask which entrance is ours and we take the answer seriously.
Bal Harbour sets its own rules on the things that touch an event: noise after a certain hour, what may go up in a public space, whether a park needs booking. None of that changes the bar we build. All of it changes the schedule we build it to, so the earlier you know your constraints the better we fit inside them.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
Bartending in Bal Harbour is priced the way it is priced everywhere we work: $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, and a quote you can see online without waiting for a callback. Crossing the county does not move the hourly rate.

Our yard is in Hialeah, about 13 miles from Bal Harbour as the map measures it. That is separation rather than a drive time — the route matters more than the distance around here — but it gives you the shape of it.
It makes no difference to the rate. Bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum across the whole service area.
Two things, ideally before the day rather than on it: where the truck can stop, and which door the bar comes through. A long carry is fine when we know about it and a scramble when we do not.
We will also ask what surface the bar is going on and whether there is cover, because both change how we build it.
The bar can move under cover, and we would far rather plan that with you in advance than improvise it on the day — tell us what your fallback is when you book.
If the date has to move altogether it can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand.
