Reaching Kendall West means about 18 miles southwest across the county from our Hialeah base. It is a distance worth naming, because it is the reason we settle your access details — gate, lift, parking, which door — before the truck leaves rather than after it arrives.
Kendale Lakes is the nearest place we serve, about 2 miles from you, with The Hammocks and Tamiami close behind. If your guest list is spread across those, nobody is making an unreasonable journey to get to you, and arrivals tend to bunch rather than trickle.
There is no city hall in Kendall West. It is an unincorporated part of Miami-Dade, so county rules apply and any tighter restriction comes from your community or your venue rather than a local ordinance. We ask about both before we schedule the truck.
The team aims for site 1 hour before your first pour, and we confirm that against your run sheet rather than the other way round. If the speeches, the entrance or the food service move, the bar moves with them.
