There is about 16 miles between our loading bay and Miami Beach, heading southeast. On runs this length we load the night before wherever we can, so the morning is a drive and a setup rather than a scramble, and we arrive with the margin a long run actually needs.

All of it changes the schedule we build it to, so the earlier you know your constraints the better we fit inside them.
