There is about 16 miles between our loading bay and Miami Beach, heading southeast. On runs this length we load the night before wherever we can, so the morning is a drive and a setup rather than a scramble, and we arrive with the margin a long run actually needs.
Center to center, the nearest other place we serve is North Bay Village, about 4 miles from Miami Beach — then Miami and El Portal. Around here the address matters more than the city name, so we confirm exactly where in Miami Beach we are unloading.
Miami Beach sets its own rules on the things that touch an event: noise after a certain hour, what may go up in a public space, whether a park needs booking. None of that changes the bar we build. All of it changes the schedule we build it to, so the earlier you know your constraints the better we fit inside them.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
Booking runs like this. A 25% deposit holds your date, the balance falls due 48 hours before the event, and the deposit stays fully refundable until 7 days out. The same terms apply in Miami Beach as anywhere else on this list.
Half the bartending quotes we have written are for 50 guests or fewer, so a Miami Beach backyard party is squarely normal for us rather than a small job squeezed between bigger ones.
