Wedding Bartender, in Miami Beach
How we run a Miami Beach wedding
There is about 16 miles between our Hialeah base and Miami Beach. On a wedding at that range we load early and leave early, so the setup window carries slack rather than optimism.
The nearest other place we serve is North Bay Village, about 4 miles from Miami Beach center to center, then Miami and El Portal. For a wedding that makes the arrival window worth setting deliberately, since guests coming across from those have a real journey to make.
Because Miami Beach is its own city, the rules that shape a wedding here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
What you actually book for a Miami Beach wedding is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Plans change. A Miami Beach wedding can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
The quickest way to learn what a Miami Beach wedding costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
Do you do weddings in Miami Beach?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Miami Beach is about 16 miles southeast of our Hialeah base, and a wedding here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
How long does setup take for a wedding in Miami Beach?
The window is about 1 hour before service, and it has to cover the carry from wherever we can park, the build, the ice and the garnish.
Breakdown runs the same way in reverse, and the space is left as we found it — about 16 miles of drive home notwithstanding.
Can you design a custom menu for a Miami Beach wedding?
That is how we normally do it — the list is built around what your guests will actually drink, mocktails and frozen drinks included.
The mixers, juices, garnish and ice to run it arrive with the bar, portioned to your headcount.
What if my Miami Beach guests want something not on the menu?
Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
When should I book a Miami Beach wedding?
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.
