What we know about Cutler Bay
Cutler Bay, from our side of the bar
At about 25 miles south of our base, Cutler Bay is a long day for the crew before a single drink is poured. That shapes how we plan the date rather than whether we take it: earlier load, earlier departure, and a setup window with real slack in it.
Around Cutler Bay sit South Miami Heights, Goulds and Palmetto Estates, the closest of them about 2 miles off. We price all of them identically, so a venue search that wanders over the line into South Miami Heights does not send you back to the start of a pricing conversation.
As an incorporated city, Cutler Bay keeps its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings and the rest. Ask your venue what applies before you lock a start time. We will build the bar around whatever schedule that leaves you, and we would far rather know the constraint than discover it.
We arrive around 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we treat that as the earliest we ought to be there rather than the latest. Rooms are rarely ready exactly when the schedule says they will be, and a bar that is already built absorbs that far better than one still in boxes.
You can price a Cutler Bay event yourself in the wizard below — hours, guests, what you want behind the bar — and see the number before you speak to anyone. It opens at about $255 for the 3-hour minimum and moves from there with whatever you add.
For scale: we have priced 8,203 bartending quotes across Miami-Dade, and a Cutler Bay date is quoted from the same rate card and the same catalog as every one of them.
Can you cover a Cutler Bay event at short notice?
Often, yes. Cutler Bay is about 25 miles from where we load, so the limit is crew availability rather than logistics, and weekend dates are the ones that go first.
A 25% deposit holds the date. It stays fully refundable until 7 days out and the balance is not due until 48 hours before the event.
Which areas near Cutler Bay do you also cover?
South Miami Heights, Goulds and Palmetto Estates are the closest, starting about 2 miles out at South Miami Heights, and we serve the rest of Miami-Dade besides.
Guests traveling between them are worth a thought when you set your start time. Arrivals bunch, and a bar that opens on schedule is a bar that clears the first rush.
What happens if it rains on my Cutler Bay event?
The bar can move under cover, and we would far rather plan that with you in advance than improvise it on the day — tell us what your fallback is when you book.
If the date has to move altogether it can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand.
How far ahead should I book a Cutler Bay event?
As early as you can, for the dull reason that weekend crews are finite. December is the month we price the most bartending dates in — 13% of them — so a date in that stretch is worth locking down.
A 25% deposit is all it takes to hold one, and it stays refundable until 7 days out.
