We are based in Hialeah, so Hialeah Gardens is less a place we travel to than a place we are already in. The ice, the mixers, the coolers and the glassware are all loaded about 4 miles from your door, and that closeness is why setups here can start early without anybody leaving home at an unreasonable hour.
