It is about 12 miles from our Hialeah yard to Fontainebleau as the map measures it. We treat that as a straightforward run — one load, one drive, one setup — with a team on site and building before the schedule says it has to be.
Around Fontainebleau sit Sweetwater, Westchester and University Park, the closest of them about 2 miles off. We price all of them identically, so a venue search that wanders over the line into Sweetwater does not send you back to the start of a pricing conversation.
Fontainebleau is an unincorporated area rather than a city of its own — it is what people call where they live, and the county holds the rulebook. That usually simplifies matters: one set of county rules covers your event, and the venue or the HOA is the party with an opinion about load-in times.
Setup begins about 1 hour ahead of your start time. We would always rather walk into an empty room than a full one, so tell us the earliest your venue will let us in and we will usually take it.
