Reaching Kendall means about 18 miles south across the county from our Hialeah base. It is a distance worth naming, because it is the reason we settle your access details — gate, lift, parking, which door — before the truck leaves rather than after it arrives.
Pinecrest starts about a mile from Kendall, with Glenvar Heights and South Miami not much further out. This is one of the tightly packed corners of the county, and it shows up in the practical details — narrow streets, shared parking, a load-in that has to be pointed at the right door.
There is no city hall in Kendall. It is an unincorporated part of Miami-Dade, so county rules apply and any tighter restriction comes from your community or your venue rather than a local ordinance. We ask about both before we schedule the truck.
We arrive around 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we treat that as the earliest we ought to be there rather than the latest. Rooms are rarely ready exactly when the schedule says they will be, and a bar that is already built absorbs that far better than one still in boxes.
Dates in Kendall are held with a 25% deposit and can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. Weekend dates go first, which is the only honest reason to book early rather than a sales one.
