Booking a corporate event bartender here
The bar we build for a Kendall corporate event
Running a corporate event bartender out to Kendall is about 18 miles south of work before the bar is even built. That is our side of the arrangement and not yours — but it is why we would rather have your venue details a week out than an hour out.
This is a tightly packed corner of the county: Pinecrest, Glenvar Heights and South Miami are all a short hop away, the nearest about a mile out. For a corporate event that usually means shared parking and a load-in that has to be pointed at the right door, so we ask which entrance is ours.
There is no Kendall city hall to call — it is an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade. For a corporate event that usually simplifies things: one county rulebook, plus whatever your community says about vehicles and hours.
For a corporate event in Kendall we build the menu around your guests — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, whatever the room will actually drink — then bring the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware that make it work.
Plans change. A Kendall corporate event can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
Every corporate event bartender we run in Kendall is quoted from the same rate card as the rest of Miami-Dade, so the number the wizard gives you is the number we honour when you book it.
Do you do corporate events in Kendall?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Kendall is about 18 miles south of our Hialeah base, and a corporate event here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
Can the bar go outdoors for a Kendall corporate event?
Usually, and most of ours do. Let us know the surface and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are built differently.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so the drinks stay cold from setup through to last call.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Kendall venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the corporate event calls for.
Do you cater to guests who are not drinking?
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a corporate event menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
How much does a corporate event in Kendall cost?
From $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum, around $255 at the floor. The hours, the guest count and what you have us bring do the rest.
