How we run a Kendall party
Kendall is a real drive from us, about 18 miles south. For a party that matters in exactly one way: we settle your access, parking and load-in before the truck leaves, because sorting it out on arrival costs a distance we have already spent.
Pinecrest is about a mile from Kendall, with Glenvar Heights and South Miami barely further out. Plenty of Kendall parties actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
People search Kendall because it is where they live rather than because it is a municipality. For a party that means county regulations and then your venue's own view on access, timing and how late the bar may run.
For a party in Kendall we build the menu around your guests — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, whatever the room will actually drink — then bring the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware that make it work.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a party that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
Every mobile bartender we run in Kendall is quoted from the same rate card as the rest of Miami-Dade, so the number the wizard gives you is the number we honour when you book it.
How far will you travel for a Kendall party?
Kendall is about 18 miles from where we load, and we cover the whole of Miami-Dade. The distance shapes our morning, not your rate — bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
Pinecrest, Glenvar Heights and South Miami are on the same run, so a venue just over the line is no different to book.
My venue is near Kendall rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. Pinecrest is about a mile from Kendall, with Glenvar Heights and South Miami close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Kendall venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the party calls for.
Do you cater to guests who are not drinking?
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a party menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
What is included in a Kendall party booking?
The staff, the bar, and the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware behind it. Setup and breakdown are part of the booking rather than line items.
The drinks list is built with you — classics, frozen drinks and mocktails as the room needs — and the team is on site about 1 hour before service.
