How we run a Homestead party
Homestead sits near the far edge of what we cover, about 34 miles south of the yard. A party here is a full day for the crew from the moment the truck is loaded, and it is booked as one — the honest reason dates at this end of the county go early.
Florida City is about a mile from Homestead, with Leisure City and Naranja barely further out. Plenty of Homestead parties actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
Homestead runs its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings, what may be put up in a public space. Ask your venue which of those touch a party before you fix a start time; we will build the bar around whatever schedule it leaves you.
For a party in Homestead we build the menu around your guests — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, whatever the room will actually drink — then bring the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware that make it work.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a party that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
You can have a price for your Homestead party before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
Do you do parties in Homestead?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Homestead is about 34 miles south of our Hialeah base, and a party here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
Can the bar go outdoors for a Homestead party?
Usually, and most of ours do. Let us know the surface and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are built differently.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so the drinks stay cold from setup through to last call.
Can you design a custom menu for a Homestead party?
That is how we normally do it — the list is built around what your guests will actually drink, mocktails and frozen drinks included.
The mixers, juices, garnish and ice to run it arrive with the bar, portioned to your headcount.
Can we taste the cocktails before the party?
We build the list with you rather than handing you one, and we will talk through exactly what goes in each drink. Tastings are arranged case by case — ask when you book.
Mocktails and frozen drinks sit on the same list as everything else, so guests who are not drinking are not an afterthought.
Can the bar stay open longer on the night?
Often, if the crew's schedule allows it. Extra time is added at the same hourly rate rather than at a penalty rate.
It is worth deciding in advance where you want last call, because the hour people regret is almost always the last one.
What is included in a Homestead party booking?
The staff, the bar, and the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware behind it. Setup and breakdown are part of the booking rather than line items.
The drinks list is built with you — classics, frozen drinks and mocktails as the room needs — and the team is on site about 1 hour before service.
