Golden Beach runs its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings, what may be put up in a public space. Ask your venue which of those touch a gathering before you fix a start time; we will build the bar around whatever schedule it leaves you.
For a gathering in Golden Beach we build the menu around your guests — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, whatever the room will actually drink — then bring the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware that make it work.
Plans change. A Golden Beach gathering can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.

The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the gathering calls for.
It depends far more on the length of service than on the headcount, which is why the wizard asks for hours before it asks for anything else.
Tell it your guest count and how long you want the bar open and it will size the ice, mixers and serveware for you.
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.
Anything beyond the booked hours is agreed on the night and charged at the ordinary hourly rate.
