Running a mobile bartender out to Palmetto Bay is about 22 miles south of work before the bar is even built. That is our side of the arrangement and not yours — but it is why we would rather have your venue details a week out than an hour out.
Palmetto Bay has Palmetto Estates and Cutler Bay close at hand, the nearest about 2 miles out. Guests coming from that direction arrive together, so we build the party bar to absorb a front-loaded rush rather than a steady stream.
Because Palmetto Bay is its own city, the rules that shape a party here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
What you actually book for a Palmetto Bay party is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a party that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
