Ice is what houses run short of: 51% of what we price includes it, and 50% includes coolers to keep it in.
The run to Opa-locka is about 5 miles, short enough that a private event here is an ordinary date on the calendar rather than a logistics problem. What we plan around instead is your timeline: when the room opens, when the food lands, when the bar needs to go quiet.
There is some room around Opa-locka — about 3 miles to Miami Gardens, then Hialeah and Miami Lakes. Guests traveling in for a private event arrive more staggered here, which is easier on the bar and harder on your timeline, so we plan the pour rate accordingly.

A professional portable bar, coolers, ice, mixers, fresh juices and garnish, cups, straws and napkins, and water and soft drinks are all available to add in the quote, along with the bartender. We also carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance if your building or HOA asks for one.
Ice, and something to keep it in. Across the bartending we've priced, 51% added ice and 50% added coolers — at a venue somebody has already thought about both, and at a house nobody has. They're line items, so put your real guest count in and the quote works out the quantities. If your freezer situation is genuinely handled, leave them off and the price drops.
