Coral Terrace is about 14 miles south of our Hialeah yard: far enough that a gathering here gets its drive written into the run sheet, close enough that the drive is never the story of the day.
This is a tightly packed corner of the county: West Miami, Westchester and South Miami are all a short hop away, the nearest about a mile out. For a gathering that usually means shared parking and a load-in that has to be pointed at the right door, so we ask which entrance is ours.
Coral Terrace is an unincorporated area rather than a city of its own, so county rules cover your gathering and the tighter restrictions come from the venue or the HOA. We ask about both before the truck is scheduled.
What you actually book for a Coral Terrace gathering is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
You hold a Coral Terrace date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the gathering, and the deposit stays fully refundable until 7 days out — the same terms here as everywhere else we work.
Every mobile bar we run in Coral Terrace is quoted from the same rate card as the rest of Miami-Dade, so the number the wizard gives you is the number we honour when you book it.
About 1 hour before service. Over about 14 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.
