El Portal is about 10 miles southeast of our Hialeah yard: far enough that a quinceañera here gets its drive written into the run sheet, close enough that the drive is never the story of the day.
Miami Shores is under a mile from El Portal, with Biscayne Park and North Miami barely further out. Plenty of El Portal quinceañeras actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
Because El Portal is its own city, the rules that shape a quinceañera here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.

The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a quinceañera that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
