Hosting is enough work without running a bar. Our bartenders arrive about an hour early, build the bar, keep the line moving, read the room, and clean up before they leave — so you spend the night with your guests instead of behind a folding table.
Every quote is itemized, so you see exactly what you are paying for: bartenders, hours, and the supplies you chose. The price you accept is the price you pay.

Key Biscayne is a real drive from us, about 20 miles southeast. For a celebration that matters in exactly one way: we settle your access, parking and load-in before the truck leaves, because sorting it out on arrival costs a distance we have already spent.
Measured from the middle, Key Biscayne is about 6 miles from Miami, and further still from Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Access is what we work out first: where the truck stops, how far the kit travels from it, and who opens the door.
Key Biscayne runs its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings, what may be put up in a public space. Ask your venue which of those touch a celebration before you fix a start time; we will build the bar around whatever schedule it leaves you.
What you actually book for a Key Biscayne celebration is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a celebration that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.

Treat it as a sanity check on your budget. If you are planning around the minimum for a real guest list, most of ours came out nearer $1,000 once the hours, the headcount and the supplies were in; past $1,475 you are above where most of them landed.
