Ice is what houses run short of: 51% of what we price includes it, and 50% includes coolers to keep it in.
A private event in Miami Lakes is about the shortest run we do — about 3 miles from the yard the truck loads in. The bar, the ice and the glassware are packed minutes from your venue, which is why setups here can start early without anyone leaving home at an unreasonable hour.
Miami Lakes has Hialeah Gardens and Country Club close at hand, the nearest about 2 miles out. Guests coming from that direction arrive together, so we build the private event bar to absorb a front-loaded rush rather than a steady stream.
Because Miami Lakes is its own city, the rules that shape a private event here are local ones: how late music may run, where a truck may stand, whether the space needs booking in its own right. We would far rather know the constraint than discover it on the day.
What you actually book for a Miami Lakes private event is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Setup starts roughly 1 hour ahead of your start time, and we hold that against your run sheet rather than our own. If the ceremony, the speeches or the entrance move, the bar moves with them.

Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.

Bartending starts at $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum — about $255 for a small birthday or backyard gathering. The instant quote on this page prices your exact guest count, hours and venue in about a minute.
A professional portable bar, coolers, ice, mixers, fresh juices and garnish, cups, straws and napkins, and water and soft drinks are all available to add in the quote, along with the bartender. We also carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance if your building or HOA asks for one.
Ice, and something to keep it in. Across the bartending we've priced, 51% added ice and 50% added coolers — at a venue somebody has already thought about both, and at a house nobody has. They're line items, so put your real guest count in and the quote works out the quantities. If your freezer situation is genuinely handled, leave them off and the price drops.
