A mobile bartender from YD Cocktails arrives about an hour before service, sets up a clean portable bar, preps every mixer and garnish, and pours from the first guest to the last. When the night ends we break it all down and leave your space as clean as we found it.

Miami is about 14 miles southeast of our Hialeah yard: far enough that a party here gets its drive written into the run sheet, close enough that the drive is never the story of the day.
It is about 4 miles from the center of Miami to Miami Beach, the nearest other area we cover. Somewhere this spread out, the address tells us more than the city name does — so for a party here the load-in conversation happens before the date is confirmed.

The mobile bartender you book for Miami arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
Plans change. A Miami party can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.

About 1 hour before service. Over about 14 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.

Mocktails and frozen drinks sit on the same list as everything else, so guests who are not drinking are not an afterthought.
Less time than setup. The bar comes down, everything goes back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us and we will work backwards from it rather than from last call.
Price it here, then hold the date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the party.
The deposit is fully refundable until 7 days out, and the date can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before.
