There is about 23 miles between our Hialeah base and Palmetto Estates. On a private event at that range we load early and leave early, so the setup window carries slack rather than optimism.

About 1 hour before service. Over about 23 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.

Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.

A professional portable bar, coolers, ice, mixers, fresh juices and garnish, cups, straws and napkins, and water and soft drinks are all available to add in the quote, along with the bartender. We also carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance if your building or HOA asks for one.
Ice, and something to keep it in. Across the bartending we've priced, 51% added ice and 50% added coolers — at a venue somebody has already thought about both, and at a house nobody has. They're line items, so put your real guest count in and the quote works out the quantities. If your freezer situation is genuinely handled, leave them off and the price drops.
