Hosting is enough work without running a bar. Our bartenders arrive about an hour early, build the bar, keep the line moving, read the room, and clean up before they leave — so you spend the night with your guests instead of behind a folding table.
Every quote is itemized, so you see exactly what you are paying for: bartenders, hours, and the supplies you chose. The price you accept is the price you pay.

Getting a bar to Richmond West means crossing most of Miami-Dade, about 24 miles of it. We plan a celebration at this distance with an earlier load, an earlier departure, and a setup window that assumes something will go slowly.
South Miami Heights, Palmetto Estates and Goulds are the nearest places we cover, about 3 miles off at the closest. With real ground between them we confirm the exact address for a celebration rather than assuming the district — unloading once in the wrong place costs the whole setup window.
There is no Richmond West city hall to call — it is an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade. For a celebration that usually simplifies things: one county rulebook, plus whatever your community says about vehicles and hours.
What you actually book for a Richmond West celebration is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Plans change. A Richmond West celebration can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
You can have a price for your Richmond West celebration before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
About 1 hour before service. Over about 24 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.

Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.
Anything beyond the booked hours is agreed on the night and charged at the ordinary hourly rate.
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.

Service starts at $85/hour per bartender with a 3-hour minimum — about $255 for a small gathering. The instant quote above prices your guest count, hours and supplies without a sales call.
The rest of this page quotes the floor; this is the middle. Across our bartending quote history the median total is $1,000 and half of them fall between $540 and $1,475 — totals we priced, rather than events that went ahead.
Treat it as a sanity check on your budget. If you are planning around the minimum for a real guest list, most of ours came out nearer $1,000 once the hours, the headcount and the supplies were in; past $1,475 you are above where most of them landed. Every figure is what we charge — the staff, the bar and whichever supplies were on the quote.
We staff one professional bartender for roughly every 60 guests, and the quote calculates it automatically from your headcount.
