If your gathering guest list is spread across them, nobody is making an unreasonable journey — and arrivals bunch rather than trickle, which is exactly when a second pair of hands behind the bar earns its keep.
There is no Country Club city hall to call — it is an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade. For a gathering that usually simplifies things: one county rulebook, plus whatever your community says about vehicles and hours.
What you actually book for a Country Club gathering is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Plans change. A Country Club gathering can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
You can have a price for your Country Club gathering before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
Yes — staffing scales with the headcount and the bar is built to match. For context, half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, so a bigger room is a question of more hands and more ice rather than a different service.

Usually, and most of ours do. Let us know the surface and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are built differently.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so the drinks stay cold from setup through to last call.
Yes, on every booking. If your Country Club venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the gathering calls for.
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a gathering menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.
Anything beyond the booked hours is agreed on the night and charged at the ordinary hourly rate.
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.
