Naranja has Princeton and Leisure City close at hand, the nearest about 2 miles out. Guests coming from that direction arrive together, so we build the gathering bar to absorb a front-loaded rush rather than a steady stream.
Naranja is an unincorporated area rather than a city of its own, so county rules cover your gathering and the tighter restrictions come from the venue or the HOA. We ask about both before the truck is scheduled.
For a gathering in Naranja we build the menu around your guests — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, whatever the room will actually drink — then bring the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware that make it work.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a gathering that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
