Naranja parties
What a Naranja party actually involves
At about 30 miles south, Naranja is one of the longest runs on our list. Nothing is trimmed from the load to make it easier: the mobile bartender that arrives here is the one that arrives anywhere.
The nearest places we serve are Princeton, Leisure City and Goulds, starting about 2 miles away. If your party guest list is spread across them, nobody is making an unreasonable journey — and arrivals bunch rather than trickle, which is exactly when a second pair of hands behind the bar earns its keep.
People search Naranja because it is where they live rather than because it is a municipality. For a party that means county regulations and then your venue's own view on access, timing and how late the bar may run.
The mobile bartender you book for Naranja arrives with everything the bar needs already on the truck: menu agreed in advance, kit checked before it leaves, and a crew that has run this setup across Miami-Dade often enough to know what the room will ask for.
The team is on site about 1 hour before service. For a party that hour is not padding — it is ice in the coolers, garnish cut, glassware laid out, and a bar standing finished before anyone photographs it.
The quickest way to learn what a Naranja party costs is to build it below — no call, no form-then-wait, and nobody standing between you and the figure.
What time do you arrive for a party in Naranja?
About 1 hour before service. Over about 30 miles we leave with margin, because arriving early and waiting is a far better failure than arriving late.
We hold that arrival against your run sheet, so if the ceremony or the speeches move, the bar moves with them.
Can the bar go outdoors for a Naranja party?
Usually, and most of ours do. Let us know the surface and whether there is shade — a bar on grass and a bar on a patio are built differently.
Ice and coolers are portioned to your guest count either way, so the drinks stay cold from setup through to last call.
How many bartenders for a Naranja party?
It follows the guest count and how long the bar stays open. The wizard on this page sizes it as you fill it in.
Half the bartending quotes we write are for 50 guests or fewer, which is usually one bartender working steadily.
What if my Naranja guests want something not on the menu?
Within reason the bar can handle it — the mixers, juices and garnish we bring cover a good deal more than the printed list.
If there is a drink that really matters to you, tell us early and we will make sure the ingredients are on the truck.
How long does breakdown take after a party?
Less time than setup. The bar comes down, everything goes back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us and we will work backwards from it rather than from last call.
