Quinceañera Bartender, in Sweetwater
Your quinceañera in Sweetwater, start to finish
Sweetwater is about 13 miles south of our Hialeah yard: far enough that a quinceañera here gets its drive written into the run sheet, close enough that the drive is never the story of the day.
University Park is about a mile from Sweetwater, with Fontainebleau and Tamiami barely further out. Plenty of Sweetwater quinceañeras actually happen a few minutes over one of those lines — still the same booking, still the same price.
Sweetwater is a municipality in its own right, which for a quinceañera mostly shows up as parking and curfew. Tell us what the venue has told you and the setup and breakdown get planned to fit inside it.
For a quinceañera in Sweetwater we build the menu around your guests — classics, frozen drinks, mocktails, whatever the room will actually drink — then bring the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware that make it work.
You hold a Sweetwater date with a 25% deposit. The balance falls due 48 hours before the quinceañera, and the deposit stays fully refundable until 7 days out — the same terms here as everywhere else we work.
You can have a price for your Sweetwater quinceañera before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
How far will you travel for a Sweetwater quinceañera?
Sweetwater is about 13 miles from where we load, and we cover the whole of Miami-Dade. The distance shapes our morning, not your rate — bartending is $85/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
University Park, Fontainebleau and Tamiami are on the same run, so a venue just over the line is no different to book.
My venue is near Sweetwater rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. University Park is about a mile from Sweetwater, with Fontainebleau and Tamiami close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes, on every booking. If your Sweetwater venue wants a certificate, ask and we will send it across.
The crew is on site about 1 hour before service and dresses to whatever code the quinceañera calls for.
Do you cater to guests who are not drinking?
Always. Bottled water, soft drinks and a proper mocktail or two are part of how we build a quinceañera menu, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Portions are worked out from your total headcount, so nobody is counting cups at the end of the night.
What happens if my Sweetwater quinceañera runs late?
We would rather stay and clear the bar down properly than leave a job half finished, and the crew plans for the evening rather than for the minute.
Anything beyond the booked hours is agreed on the night and charged at the ordinary hourly rate.
When should I book a Sweetwater quinceañera?
Earlier than feels necessary. December is our heaviest month for bartending quotes — 13% of them — and weekend crews run out before dates do.
A 25% deposit holds it and stays refundable until 7 days out, so booking early costs nothing but a decision.
Thank you so much for delivering the tables and chairs impeccably clean. The delivery was prompt both times. Your employees were professional and friendly. I will continue to use your services for many years to come. I commend you for running your business with the customer being a priority. Doing business with YD cocktails was a pleasure!
