Wedding Bartender, in Sweetwater
How we run a Sweetwater wedding
It is about 13 miles from where we load out to Sweetwater, measured on the map. Booking a wedding bartender at that range changes nothing about what turns up — the full bar, the full kit, and a team with time in hand.
This is a tightly packed corner of the county: University Park, Fontainebleau and Tamiami are all a short hop away, the nearest about a mile out. For a wedding that usually means shared parking and a load-in that has to be pointed at the right door, so we ask which entrance is ours.
Sweetwater runs its own book on events — permits, curfews, park bookings, what may be put up in a public space. Ask your venue which of those touch a wedding before you fix a start time; we will build the bar around whatever schedule it leaves you.
What you actually book for a Sweetwater wedding is a licensed, insured team, a bar that photographs well, and a drinks list built with you rather than handed to you. What you do not book is a stranger who turns up and asks where the ice is.
Plans change. A Sweetwater wedding can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the date, which is the part of the terms people most often end up needing.
You can have a price for your Sweetwater wedding before you finish your coffee, and a held date shortly after. Everything above is what happens between those two moments.
Do you do weddings in Sweetwater?
Yes, and it is one of the things we are booked for most. Sweetwater is about 13 miles south of our Hialeah base, and a wedding here runs on the same kit and the same crew as anywhere else in the county.
You can price yours in the wizard on this page before speaking to anyone.
My venue is near Sweetwater rather than in it — is that a problem?
Not at all. University Park is about a mile from Sweetwater, with Fontainebleau and Tamiami close behind, and all of them price identically.
Give us the real address when you book and we plan the load-in around that rather than around the search term.
Do you clean up after a Sweetwater wedding?
Breakdown is part of the booking — the bar comes down, everything returns to the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
That holds at about 13 miles out as firmly as it does next door to the yard.
Can we taste the cocktails before the wedding?
We build the list with you rather than handing you one, and we will talk through exactly what goes in each drink. Tastings are arranged case by case — ask when you book.
Mocktails and frozen drinks sit on the same list as everything else, so guests who are not drinking are not an afterthought.
How long does breakdown take after a wedding?
Less time than setup. The bar comes down, everything goes back on the truck, and the space is left as we found it.
If your venue has a hard curfew, tell us and we will work backwards from it rather than from last call.
What is included in a Sweetwater wedding booking?
The staff, the bar, and the mixers, juices, garnish, ice, coolers and serveware behind it. Setup and breakdown are part of the booking rather than line items.
The drinks list is built with you — classics, frozen drinks and mocktails as the room needs — and the team is on site about 1 hour before service.
