We also carry general liability insurance and can send a certificate of insurance if your building or HOA asks for one.
Ice, and something to keep it in. Across the bartending we've priced, 51% added ice and 50% added coolers — at a venue somebody has already thought about both, and at a house nobody has. They're line items, so put your real guest count in and the quote works out the quantities. If your freezer situation is genuinely handled, leave them off and the price drops.
